By contributing to Asok Framework (through pull requests, issues, or other means), you agree that your contributions will be licensed under the same MIT License that covers the project. You represent that you have the right to grant this license for your contributions.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
Our documentation may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Asok Framework. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
11. European Union Users
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, the following additional terms apply:
- Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU law, including but not limited to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
- The disclaimer of warranties in Section 5 does not affect mandatory statutory warranties under EU law, including warranties of conformity for goods and services.
- The limitation of liability in Section 6 does not apply to:
- Liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable EU law
- If you are a French consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
- EU consumers have the right to bring disputes before the competent courts in their country of residence.
